RETURN & REFUND POLICY OF PNOY STORE LLC

  1. There are vindictive buyers that would abuse the system by giving a one star review after opening the product & cooking the product & then decide that they don't like the taste of the product. Understand that Pnoy Store LLC, is a distributor & not a manufacturer of any products. This means, we won't issue any refunds, returns and/or replacements just because you don't like the taste of the product/s you purchased.
  2. In the event that the courier cannot locate your name known as “ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN & INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS” & decides to do a “RETURN TO SENDER” to no fault of the seller but the negligence of the buyer, therefore, PNOY STORE LLC must charge the buyer $15.92 re-stocking fee or 30% of the total of the cost of goods plus the shipping fee (whichever is greater). This is to cover the cost of materials for shipping such as: glue, tape, wrapping paper, gas, human labor etc. In other words, the re-stocking fee of $15.92 or 30% whichever is greater will be deducted from the total amount of cost of goods plus shipping fees & the difference will be refunded to the customer. We trust that you are responsible enough to provide the correct address and the address that is able to receive your package on your behalf & the authorized correct name of the recipient on the package.
  3. If the package is stolen after delivery. PNOYSTORE LLC is not liable to theft committed after delivery. PNOYSTORE LLC is also NOT GOING TO ISSUE REFUNDS AND/OR REPLACEMENTS FOR THEFT INCURRED AFTER THE DELIVERY. We trust that you are responsible enough to provide a safe location for your package/s to be delivered to.
  4. Pnoy Store LLC would go above & beyond to pack items securely with proof of pictures & videos while being packed. We also want to mention here that Pnoy Store LLC makes it a point to use quality packing materials, such as bespoke bubble wraps meant for bottled goods etc. Therefore, if mishandling happened during transit & after delivery due to the negligence & irresponsible actions of the courier then the ONUS IS ON THE BUYER TO PROVIDE CLEAR PICTURES AS PROOFS OF THE DAMAGE INCURRED from all angles before we can issue a full refund of the damaged item/s. THIS IS NECESSARY TO DETER BAD ACTORS ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF ALL ITEMS EVEN THOUGH ONLY A SINGLE or COUPLE OF ITEMS HAS/HAVE BEEN DAMAGED.
  5. If only a single item has been damaged along with other items that were ordered, packed together & securely delivered, the shipping fee will not be refunded because the other items were successfully delivered. The cost(s) of good/s for the damaged item/s will be refunded after submitting ample proofs of the damaged item/s.
  6. Also, Pnoy Store LLC needs to have ample proofs of the damaged item(s) to deter malicious customer(s) from using products bought from other vendors to seek refund(s) from Pnoy Store LLC. We need the buyer(s) to show the packing slip provided by Pnoy Store LLC, the inside of the box, the damaged item(s), the outside of the box on the same day the customer(s) received the damaged item(s).
  7. Pnoy Store LLC will only refund you the shipping fee in a rare instance if everything inside the box has been damaged. The same requirements mentioned above are still needed such as: pictures of the damaged item(s), picture of the packing slip, picture of the outside of the box, picture of the inside of the box.
  8. If the customer files for damaged claim after 8 hours this will be considered null & void. The reason being is that Pnoy Store LLC wants to see the damage item/s within a reasonable window of time; we believe that shoplifting comes in many forms & one of those forms is by filing a fraudulent claim & expecting compensation for products that might have been already opened & consumed by the customer.
  9. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE DUE TO "ACT OF GOD" SITUATIONS, PNOYSTORE LLC IS NOT LIABLE TO ANY DAMAGE DUE TO WEATHER OR CLIMATE CHANGES THEREFORE PNOYSTORE LLC IS NOT GOING TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS.
  10. In the event the buyer makes a mistake with an order, the buyer has an 8 hour window to rectify the mistake. Once the item is packed & shipped and if the buyer still wants to cancel the order then PNOYSTORE LLC WILL CHARGE THE BUYER $35.00 to re-route the order. The reason being is that USPS & UPS charge their users re-routing fees & the customers can always check the couriers’ websites for the current re-routing fees. The $35.00 also includes, the shipping materials & human labor incurred by Pnoy Store LLC in shipping the order.
  11. In case a "HUMAN ERROR" occurs through "missing item/s" the buyer has an 8 hour window to open a case with customer service for the missing item/s. Most importantly, the buyer has to submit picture/s of item/s documenting what is/are missing. If the buyer opens a case due to Human Error AFTER 8 hours--THE CASE WILL BE DEEMED NULL & VOID. This is to deter bad actors from filing fraudulent missing items days after receiving a complete order because of buyer’s remorse.
  12. In lieu of missing items due to Human Error, Pnoy Store LLC is also going to provide pictures & videos of item/s being packed before shipping to the respective buyer for proof of efficiency & integrity & also as part of transparency, this is done in order to deter lying & cheating behaviors of customers abusing our honesty system.
  13. By purchasing from Pnoy Store LLC you agree to Pnoy Store LLC’s business policy.
